Short Sliver (Sliver) (Power and Ground)

Reports slivers, either between two copper areas (positive layer) or two clearance areas (negative layers) (usual case).

Purpose	A copper sliver can cause material to detach during photo-imaging processes in fabrication. Floating pieces cause defects and shorts which reduce yield.
Function	Both ‘Silvers’ and ‘Short Sliver’ report slivers, either between two copper areas (positive layer) or two clearance areas (negative layers) (usual case). See “Sliver and Short Sliver Categories (Power and Ground)”. v_slivers_check_diff_net used in ‘Sliver’ (Signal Layers Checks), is irrelevant here.
